Where can I find Goals?

In the Yogger app, your progress towards your set goal angle is conveniently tracked and visualized within the “Progress” tab. Let’s create a new goal by selecting the + button in the bottom left.

What are the steps to creating a Goal?

1. Goal Name

Begin by giving your goal a clear and concise name.

2. Movement Type

Select the specific movements that are relevant to your goal. Yogger offers several core movements, from shoulder exercises to hip abduction/adduction.

3. Measurement Type

Decide whether you want to measure your progress in terms of a minimum angle (e.g., flexibility improvement) or a maximum angle (e.g., strength enhancement).

4. Measurement Angle

5. Attach Media

For a comprehensive tracking experience, you can attach motion analysis media. This feature enables you to record and review your movements, ensuring that you’re on the right track.

6. Add Notes

7. Save and Review

Make sure you hit all your target movements and angles; you can always come back and edit them.
