Managing Coaches and Permissions

Coaches within your organization can have different permission levels depending on their role.

  • Admins: Can invite and manage coaches, edit coach permissions, and update billing information.
  • Coaches: Can access athlete profiles, videos, assessments, and reports, but cannot manage organization settings.

Admins can update a coach’s role or permissions directly from the coach table using the Edit button.

Purpose and Functionality

Inviting coaches allows organizations to scale their workflow by sharing athlete access across trusted staff members. Role-based permissions ensure that sensitive settings and billing information remain restricted to Admin users.

Tips and Best Practices

  • Assign Admin roles only to users who need access to organization settings and billing.
  • Regularly review coach permissions as your staff grows or changes.
  • Use Coach roles for staff focused solely on athlete evaluation and analysis.
