Adding Athletes

Introduction

Yogger allows you to add and manage athletes within your organization so you can assign assessments, track progress, and create reports. Athletes can be added with or without app access, depending on how you plan to work with them.

Adding Athletes in the Web App

In the web application, navigate to the Manage Athletes tab. From here, you have multiple ways to add athletes to your organization.

You can either share an 1. Invite link or manually add athletes using the 2. Add Athlete button.

Using the Invite Link

The invite link allows athletes to join your organization on their own by opening the link in any web browser. When an athlete opens the link, they’ll see a page clearly showing which organization they are joining.

The athlete then completes the standard sign-up and segmentation questions. During this process, Yogger confirms the organization they are joining, and once complete, the athlete is automatically added to your organization.

After sign-up, the athlete will see a confirmation message indicating they have successfully joined your organization.

Adding Athletes Manually

Clicking the Add Athlete button gives you two options: adding a single athlete or adding multiple athletes at once.

When adding a single athlete, you’ll enter their name, email, gender, and age. This information helps support assessment accuracy and standardization.

You can choose whether to invite the athlete to the app. If selected, an account is created and the athlete receives an email to reset their password and log in.

Adding multiple athletes allows you to upload a CSV file containing athlete information, making it easy to onboard larger teams or groups.

Adding Athletes in the Mobile App

In the mobile app, you can add a single athlete using a similar process to the web app.

This option is available from the athlete selection screen found in the Library and Progress tabs.

You’ll enter the athlete’s information and choose whether or not to invite them to the app, depending on how you plan to work with them.

Adding athletes to your organization allows you to manage assessments, assign tasks, track progress, and create reports in one centralized place.

The invite link is ideal for remote onboarding, while manual entry is useful for in-person or admin-managed workflows.
