Managing Billing and Payments
Introduction
Billing and payment management in Yogger depends on the type of subscription you are using. Individual plans purchased through the mobile app are managed through the app store, while business plans are managed through the web app.
This guide explains where billing is managed, who has access, and how payments are handled.
Where Billing Is Managed
The location for managing billing depends on your subscription plan.
- Basic Plan: Managed through Apple App Store or Google Play subscriptions on your mobile device.
- Professional and Clinic Plans: Managed through the web app. Navigate to Settings → Profile → Subscription and select Manage Plan.
Who Can Manage Billing
For Professional and Clinic plans, only the organization Admin has access to billing and subscription management.
Coaches and non-admin users cannot view or modify billing information and will not see subscription management options.
Payment Methods
Yogger supports different payment methods depending on the platform.
- Mobile subscriptions: Payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play.
- Web subscriptions: Payments are processed securely through Stripe using a credit or debit card.
Updating Billing Information
For Professional and Clinic plans, billing details such as payment methods and billing information can be updated through the Stripe customer portal.
Access to the Stripe portal is available from the subscription management section of the web app.
Billing Frequency
Subscriptions may be billed on a monthly or annual basis depending on the selected plan and billing option.
Any applicable taxes are calculated automatically based on your location at the time of purchase.
Failed Payments
If a payment fails, Yogger or the payment provider may attempt to retry the charge and notify the Admin to update billing information.
Access to subscription features may be temporarily restricted if payment issues are not resolved.
Refunds
Refunds for mobile subscriptions are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their respective policies.
For web subscriptions, refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you were charged in error or have a billing concern, contact support@yogger.io within a reasonable timeframe after the charge.
