Navigating Yogger
Introduction
Yogger is available on both the web and mobile, with navigation designed specifically for each platform. While the layout may look different depending on the device you are using, the core tools and data remain the same.
This guide provides an overview of how to navigate Yogger and where to find common tools so you can move confidently through the platform.
Web App Navigation

On the web app, navigation is handled through the left-hand sidebar. The sidebar is divided into two main areas: athlete-specific tools at the top, and organization-level tools for business accounts at the bottom.
Athlete Section
The top section of the sidebar controls which athlete’s data you are viewing. Selecting an athlete updates the library, progress, assessments, and tasks shown throughout Yogger.
- Athlete Selector: Choose the active athlete whose data you want to view or manage.
- Library: Access the selected athlete’s saved videos, snapshots, and media history.
- Assessments: Review assessment results over time and track performance trends.
- Reports: View PDF reports and create new reports.
- Tasks: View and manage assigned tasks related to training or evaluation.
Organization Section
For users on business or team plans, additional tools appear in the lower section of the sidebar. These tools are designed for managing multiple athletes and shared resources.
- Athlete Dropbox: Get a link for athletes to seamlessly share videos straight to the app for analysis.
- Manage Athletes: Invite new athletes, or manage current athletes in your organization.
- Content and Templates: Create, view, and manage templates for assessments, reports and tasks.
- Settings: Manage your profile information, organization settings, or subscription.
The sidebar automatically adapts based on your account type and permissions. Individual users will see a simplified layout, while business accounts have access to organization-level tools.
Mobile App Navigation
On mobile, Yogger uses a bottom tab bar for navigation. Each tab represents a major area of the app and is optimized for quick access while on the go.
- Analyze: Choose the active athlete, perform an assessment or upload or record a video to analyze.
- Library: Access the selected athlete’s saved videos, snapshots, and media history.
- Progress: Review assessment results over time and track performance trends.
- Discover: View blog posts, tutorial videos and discover ways to get the most out of Yogger.
- Profile: View and manage your profile, account and subscription.

Understanding Web and Mobile Differences
While the web and mobile apps share the same account and data, their navigation is designed differently to match the device experience.
Actions performed on one device, such as uploading videos or completing assessments, will automatically be available on the other when you sign in with the same account.
