Athlete Dropbox
Introduction
The Athlete Dropbox provides a simple way for athletes and clients to upload videos directly into Yogger using a shareable link. This removes the need to send videos through text messages, email, or third-party platforms.
Coaches can review submitted videos, perform video analysis, provide feedback, and build reports — even if the athlete is not using the Yogger app.
Availability
The Athlete Dropbox is available on Professional and Clinic plans. It is not included with the Basic plan.
Accessing the Athlete Dropbox
The Athlete Dropbox can be accessed in the web application by clicking the Athlete Dropbox (1) tab in the dashboard menu.

The shareable upload link (2) is displayed at the top of the Athlete Dropbox page. This link can be sent directly to athletes or embedded on your website, intake forms, or onboarding materials.
Purpose and Functionality
The Athlete Dropbox is designed to streamline remote coaching and video collection. Athletes do not need to download the app or create a Yogger account to submit videos.
All submissions are stored within Yogger, making them immediately available for analysis, feedback, and reporting.
Customization and Intake Information
Coaches can customize the Athlete Dropbox (3) page to match their organization’s branding. This includes updating colors and visual styling to align with your service.
You can also add custom intake questions and selectable tags that athletes complete during upload. Intake responses appear in the video comments, and selected tags are shown as chips for easy reference.

Managing Video Submissions
Submitted videos appear in the Athlete Dropbox list (4) along with the athlete’s name and any provided intake information.
From each submission, coaches can:
- Open the video directly in the playback view for analysis
- Link the video to an existing athlete profile
- Add the submitter as a new athlete in the organization
- Use the video to provide feedback or build reports
Tips and Best Practices
- Share the Athlete Dropbox link with both new and existing clients to simplify video collection.
- Add intake questions to gather context before reviewing videos.
- Use tags to organize submissions and quickly identify video types or goals.
- Embed the Dropbox link on your website or onboarding forms to increase engagement.
