Assessment Flows
Introduction
Assessment Flows make it easy to group together assessments that you frequently run in sequence. Creating a flow allows you to build personalized assessment programs that align with the needs of your business and clients.
Once created, flows can be saved and reused as often as needed, ensuring consistency and efficiency in your assessment process.
Location
Assessment Flows can be created and managed from both the mobile app and the web app.

Web App
From the Discover page, navigate to the Profile tab located at the bottom of the left-hand menu. Select Team Settings to open your organization page.
From there, click Assessment Settings, then choose Create Assessment Flow. Select the assessments you want to include, then customize the flow with a name, image, and description before saving.

Mobile App
From the Analyze dashboard, navigate to the Assessments button. In the upper-right corner, select Create Flow.
You’ll be guided through choosing the assessments you want to include in your sequence. After selecting your assessments, customize the flow by adding a name, image, and description, then click Save.
Saved flows can be viewed and accessed under the Assessment Flows tab within Assessments.

Purpose and Functionality
Assessment Flows are ideal for coaches and professionals who want to guide clients through the same sequence of assessments on a regular basis.
Flows allow athletes to complete assessments independently, or enable professionals to run sessions smoothly without interruptions between individual tests.
How to Use Assessment Flows
Use Assessment Flows when onboarding new clients to collect baseline data, screening for potential injury risk or movement limitations, or tracking progress over time.
Flows help ensure consistency across sessions while making the assessment process faster and more intuitive for both the coach and the athlete.
Tips and Best Practices
- Group assessments together based on a common focus, such as mobility, range of motion, or strength.
- Keep the end goal in mind when creating each assessment flow.
- Create a standardized onboarding or baseline flow that all new clients complete to establish foundational data.
