Purpose and Functionality

Assigning tasks helps athletes clearly understand what actions they need to take, without relying on reminders or follow-up messages. Tasks appear directly in the athlete’s app, ensuring visibility and accountability.

Tasks can be assigned to individual athletes or entire groups, removing the need to manually notify each person and hope they remember to complete the required assessments.

How to Use Athlete Tasks

A common use case for Athlete Tasks is assigning an assessment or assessment flow that you want specific athletes—or your entire roster—to complete.

With the task clearly displayed in the app and a due date attached, athletes know exactly what is expected and when it needs to be completed.

  • Create standardized assessment flows and assign them to multiple athletes at once for consistency.
  • Use tasks before onboarding sessions, check-ins, or performance reviews to ensure athletes arrive prepared.
