Upgrading and Changing Plans

Introduction

Yogger allows users to upgrade or change their subscription plan as their needs evolve. The process differs slightly depending on whether you are using an individual plan or a business plan.

This guide explains where upgrades happen, who can manage them, and what to expect when changing plans.

Where to Upgrade Your Plan

The location for upgrading your subscription depends on the plan you are using.

  • Basic Plan: Upgraded through the mobile app by navigating to Profile → Subscription.
  • Professional and Clinic Plans: Upgraded through the web app. After signing in, an upgrade option appears at the top of the dashboard.

Business plans cannot be upgraded through the mobile app and must be managed through the web interface.

Who Can Manage Subscriptions

For Professional and Clinic plans, only the organization Admin can manage subscription changes.

Non-admin users do not have access to billing or upgrade controls and will not see subscription management options in the app.

What Happens When You Upgrade

When you upgrade a plan, features unlock immediately. There is no delay in access once the upgrade is completed.

All upgrades begin with a free trial period. If the subscription is not canceled before the trial ends, billing will automatically begin once the trial period is complete.

Canceling or Downgrading a Plan

If a subscription is canceled, it remains active until the end of the current billing period. During this time, all features associated with the plan remain accessible.

Once the billing period ends, access to plan-specific features is removed. All data is preserved and will become available again if the plan is reactivated in the future.

Data and Organization Access

All data associated with an organization is preserved when changing plans. However, if a coach or athlete leaves an organization, their data does not transfer with them.

Data access is always tied to the organization and the active subscription level.
