Canceling a Subscription

Introduction

Yogger subscriptions can be canceled at any time. The cancellation process depends on how the subscription was originally purchased, either through the mobile app or the web app.

This guide explains where to cancel your subscription, who can perform the cancellation, and what happens after a subscription is canceled.

Where to Cancel Your Subscription

All subscription cancellations start from your Yogger profile.

Navigate to Profile → Manage Subscription. From there, Yogger will direct you to the platform where your active subscription is managed.

  • If your subscription was purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play, you will be redirected to manage it there.
  • If your subscription was purchased through the web app, you will be taken to the web subscription management page.

For web subscriptions, cancellation can be completed by navigating to Settings → Profile → Subscription → Manage Plan → Cancel.

Who Can Cancel a Subscription

Cancellation permissions depend on the type of subscription.

  • Basic Plan: The account holder can cancel their own subscription.
  • Professional and Clinic Plans: Only the organization Admin can cancel the subscription.

When Cancellation Takes Effect

When a subscription is canceled, access to the plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.

No additional charges will occur after the billing period ends unless the subscription is reactivated.

Canceling During a Free Trial

If you cancel a subscription during a free trial, you will not be charged.

Trial access continues until the end of the trial period, after which the subscription will expire automatically.

What Happens to Your Data

All data associated with your account or organization is preserved after cancellation.

If you choose to resubscribe in the future, your data will be available again based on the features included in your plan.
